Hi there!
My name is Taylor Murrell! A few fun facts about me- I am the oldest of 8 children, I grew up in Central Alberta, I put hot sauce on everything!
I hold a Bachelor of Education degree from Burman University, specializing in Elementary Education and minored in English. In August 2023, I completed my English Language Learner Specialization grad certificate through Queen’s University and completed my first year of studies in their Master of Education (Literacy Education) program. This year in addition to my teaching responsibilities, I serve as the Interim Vice-Principal and School Athletic Director for HSS. I am actively involved in coaching and leading youth programs in my local community and prior to this transition, ran several youth initiatives throughout Central Alberta. My passions outside of education include youth work, sharing my love of sports through coaching, spending time with my family and cooking! Happy to connect with you.
